Much more than an e-invoicing

Efficient e-invoicing cycles. Silloge allows an effective customers and suppliers e-invoices management and a complete control of the related administrative processes. For this purpose, one of the most complex is that of the passive cycle. As for any system asset, custom tasks can be created also for the active and passive cycle in order to flexibly manage electronic invoices processing. The tasks related to e-invoices file are characterised by a dedicated and bright color that make them instantly recognizable.
Not only tasks. The powerful but intuitive workflow engine allows to manage the invoices processes in a real full-digital way, especially for those of registration and approvation. For example, the systems enables to manage the request to purchase, automatically archive orders and share them with suppliers via e-mail, certified e-mail or among a dedicated portal.
A single tool for the whole process. The document of transport received by mail can be quickly digitally collated together with the other stored file so as to create a dossier order-related. The dossier will be at the end completed with the invoice received which has already been verified, registered, approved, stored and sent to the digital preservation system.
Silloge allows to carry out all these tasks while remaining within the system without ever move between different platforms or applications.
User-friendly interface. In addition to allowing the view the e-invoices in XML format, Silloge converts the documents in two different human readable formats in order to permit the greatest user experience.
Immediate setup. For each configured company, Silloge automatically generates pre-compiled items that are fully configurable; for example, document classes of active and passive invoices are auto-generated as well as the related metadata.
Hybrid management. The system allows an hybrid e-invoices and, more generally, document management. This means that the send and the receive – via and from SdI – may be assigned to our Business Process Outsourcing department.
