Ergonomic. Each features has been developed with the goal of maximize the software ergonomy, taking advantage of Siav know-how gained under the 30 years field experience and over 3.000 documents and processes digitalization projects.
Design. The system interface is characterized by a full of icons and symbols design, shows simple text-message using a neutral language so that can be understood by all users. To-do tasks are shown through hexagons that, depending on the color, indicate the task type.
Customization. The dashboard is highly flexible: it is possible to customize the way to manage, search and visualize tasks, documents and information.
Proactivity. At the login the user is guided among to-do tasks that are proactively proposed, highlighting the priority and those that are expired.
